DEADLY ASSASSIN: LEADER OF CAT DOMINATION

I send this picture to you as a forewarning, I was wrong to tell you that Toothnip has allied with the cats, I fear you may now be in grave danger yourself for knowing. However I need to inform you that Litterscoop is NOT the leader of the what we Vermillion have come to call Operation Cat Domination. Its been mentioned that he is actually a decoy to the leader who goes by the informal name of Bagera. (Yes I laughed too, that such a house cat could be so ludicrously named after such a fierce panther.) I want you to be aware that he has been seen countless times springing into the air and snatching innocent birds as they pass, (perhaps his humans misjudged him, maybe he should have been a Tigger.) Anyway I send you these recent pictures of the leader in hopes you can identify him not as a panther or a house cat but rather as a deadly assassin who needs to be stopped. Note how in one of the pictures you can see his vacant soul within his eye. If you can find any information on this bounty please send it to me, I hope you can set aside your passive aggressive tendencies for a short while to do your job.
